  You can expect a call from your dedicated Care Coordinator within 1 business day after PANTHERx receives your prescription. It is important to answer this call — if your Care Coordinator is unable to reach you, the pharmacy may not be able to proceed with next steps.

• Do I have to talk to the Care Coordinator to get my prescription for CRENESSITY filled? Expand Collapse

  Yes, it is very important to answer the call from your Care Coordinator. This call is an important part of moving your prescription forward. Your Care Coordinator will confirm important personal details needed to process your prescription and help you understand insurance requirements.   Your Care Coordinator will support you throughout your entire CRENESSITY treatment experience. They will check in with you, answer questions as they come up, help coordinate refills, send refill reminders, and provide ongoing guidance so you always know whom to contact for support.

  Yes. If you have a specific medical or medication question, your Care Coordinator can connect you with a trained clinical pharmacist at PANTHERx. You can also call 1-855-CRNSITY (276-7489) directly to speak with a pharmacist if you notice any side effects or have questions about your medication.

  Yes. Before your first shipment, your Care Coordinator will call to help schedule fast, reliable delivery of your CRENESSITY prescription right to your door, at home, or wherever you may need it. Please note that you will need to provide a signature to receive your delivery. It is important to answer calls from your Care Coordinator so you do not miss important information about your prescription or delivery timing.

  The type of insurance you have depends on how you get your health coverage. If you get insurance through your employer or through the Health Insurance Marketplace (also known as the Exchange), you likely have commercial insurance. If you are covered by Medicare or Medicaid, you have government-funded insurance. If you are unsure, your Care Coordinator can help you figure out what type of insurance you have and what options are available to you.

You must have a valid prescription from a US-licensed physician and currently reside in the US or a US territory. Patients with Medicare or Medicaid are not eligible for the Savings Program, but other financial support options may be available.

PAP is available regardless of your insurance type — whether you have commercial insurance, government-funded insurance, or no insurance at all.
