CRENESSITY Savings Program

Patients can pay $0 out of pocket for CRENESSITY.*

The CRENESSITY Savings Program is available for patients with commercial insurance. These patients will pay $0 out of pocket for CRENESSITY. PANTHERx will automatically apply this program for your patients with commercial insurance.

Eligibility criteria:

Patient must be at least 4 years of age.
Patient must be commercially insured and have coverage for CRENESSITY.
Patient must have a valid prescription from a US- or US territory–licensed physician.
Patient must currently reside in the US or US territory.

Patient Assistance Program

We're here to assist your patients.

The Patient Assistance Program (PAP) is here to help patients who do not have insurance, whose insurance doesn't cover CRENESSITY, or who lack the financial resources to pay for their prescription.* This program provides medication at no cost, acting as a safety net for those who may not have the means to pay for their medication.

Ensure you or your office has non-personal contact of the Care Coordinator if requested. Although eligibility varies, your patients can be considered for support regardless of their insurance type (ie, commercially or government-funded). We're committed to supporting you and your patients throughout this process.

QuickStart Program

Patients start treatment without delay.

Eligible patients receive a free 30-day supply of CRENESSITY to start treatment during insurance delays, with a limited number of refills available if delays continue.*

If coverage for CRENESSITY is ultimately denied, your patient may be eligible for the Patient Assistance Program.

Bridge Program

Avoid interruptions in CRENESSITY treatment.

In the event of a change in insurance coverage, Neurocrine Access Support will help ensure there is no disruption in treatment with CRENESSITY. It's important that you or your patients inform your Care Coordinator of any insurance updates as soon as possible.

To get started:
- Submit a completed CRENESSITY enrollment form to PANTHERx
- Include the required clinical and insurance documentation
- A Care Coordinator will provide next steps
Your Care Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact throughout the process and will keep your office informed as needed.
Timing can vary depending on insurance requirements and the completeness of the submitted information.
With the help of Neurocrine Access Support, 9 out of 10 patients receive approval through insurance overall in as little as 30 days (8 out of those 10 received approval within 30 days).
It is important that you provide thorough clinical information including any available lab values along with the prescription to help keep the process moving. Once all required information is received, the Care Coordinator will work on your patient's prior authorization to keep the process moving efficiently. Prior authorization (PA) can take time depending on insurance requirements, but your Care Coordinator will provide updates as they become available.
We are also committed to helping patients get started and continue on CRENESSITY via the insurance approval process. The financial support options can help patients avoid disruptions in cases of delays or changes in insurance coverage.
Patients with Medicare or Medicaid are not eligible for the CRENESSITY Savings Program.
However, there may be other Patient Assistance Programs depending on their individual situation. A Care Coordinator will help review available options and clarify next steps.
Neurocrine Access Support can help with insurance coverage and approvals throughout your patient's treatment journey, including with reauthorizations. We recognize the importance of clinical requirements in order to approve continued use of CRENESSITY. Planning ahead to collect that information can help expedite the process. A dedicated Care Coordinator and your local Regional Patient Access Manager (RPAM) can support you and your office with the reauthorization process.
